PHM Law, LLC is dedicated to keeping you and your family safe. Accordingly, we have taken the following precautions:
Virtual Consultations - Consultations can be taken by phone or video call.
Appointment Scheduling - Appointments that require in-person meetings, such as document signings, are scheduled a week in advance.
In-Person Appointments - PHM Law, LLC has taken adequate steps to use new pens and keep appointment areas sanitized pursuant to the CDC recommendations and guidelines.
*If you are feeling ill, are running a fever, have a cough, or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, please reschedule your in-person appointment.
There is no penalty for rescheduling your in-person appointment. You should notify the firm in advance (the day of is sufficient) if you need to reschedule.
Efficiency of Services - PHM Law, LLC is operating as efficiently as before. Delays may, however, occur due to third-party delivery of notices and/or documents, appointment spacing, and/or office closures. You will be informed of any such delays and PHM Law will keep you informed throughout the process. If you require expedited estate planning services, additional fees may be incurred.
